Welcome to this week’s blog hop. Today’s topic is ‘What’s on your TBR list?’
This is a scheduled post, as I’m currently away on the Isle of Wight with Sam and his sister and brother-in-law. I will answer any comments on Wednesday when I am back at home. Today is our 41st wedding anniversary as well, and I won’t be reading any of the books on my TBR list as we’ll be out celebrating!
I have many, many books on my Kindle that are in the queue to be read. I like to read memoirs/autobiographies, paranormal fiction and non-fiction, psychological thrillers, anything with a dry wit, and true life/faction family dramas. Here are some of them below. I don’t read much in the summer, as we tend to be away at the van a lot of the time and I prefer to be outside walking and cycling to tell you the truth:
An Innocent Baby, by Cathy Glass (currently reading)
When Force Meets Fate, by Jamison Hill (currently reading)
The Girl Who Never Came Home, by Nicole Trope
Ghosts Among Us, by James Van Praagh
The Devil’s Work, by Mark Edwards
The Marriage, by K.L Slater
Vanished, by James Delargy
The Attic Room, by Linda Huber
The Five, by Hallie Rubenhold
Life After the Confetti, by Lily J. Adams
The Diary of Samuel Pepys
Twenty Years a Stranger, by Deborah Twelves

This sounds like a very good collection of books, Stevie. I have a very long TBR too.

Happy Anniversary! I used to read a lot of biographies, but haven’t read one in ages. I’ll have to change that.

If you’re looking for books from Open Book blog hoppers and also like biographies, my memoir ‘Waiting in the Wings’ may interest you?

The only one of those I’ve heard of is Pepys! My TBR list is full of crime novels 😊

Well done on 41 years! You must really like each other! 🙂
Despite not reading anything for over a year, I was tempted to buy a new book yesterday, as it was only 99p in the Kindle version. I read a good review of it on another blog, but wouldn’t pay full prce at the time.

Thanks Pete. There have been a few times when we didn’t particularly like each other, but we didn’t give up, lol.

For the purposes of this post, I looked through my pile of physical books. I found three copies of the same one. This means I have room for at least two more new ones.
