Sometimes when we’re busy it’s nice to simply leave a link to our blog or blog post and run, and so Friday Click and Run is just for that purpose. However, of course you can check out others’ links and share away if you want to. So… on Fridays do add some info of what your blog is about and also a link to your blog or blog post in the comments if you’ve got a minute. You don’t have to do anything else such as sharing or commenting unless you really want to. Isn’t that cool? People may decide to check your link out, or they may not. They might decide to leave their own link and run as well, so you may meet each other heading out the door. If I see a post that’s a bit risqué, then I shall be running too – straight to the ‘delete’ button!
Fire away then… let’s see what we end up with.
As an extra I’ll also add a link to a popular post, and so this week I’ll share a link to my Open Book Blog Hop post from 30th May about whether the first sentence of a novel has to have a solid punch: https://steviet3.wordpress.com/2022/05/30/open-book-blog-hop-may-30th-2/
Thanks Stevie. I’m sharing this month’s collaborated writer’s tips xx https://dgkayewriter.com/2022/06/17/june-writers-tips-tools-for-writers/

Thank you, as always, for doing this, Stevie. Hot off the press – or should that be WordPress? – I have just reissued a piece from this day last year, which says a lot for me about what is important in life: https://cliveblogs.wordpress.com/2022/06/17/family-and-music-2/

A lovely post, Clive, and congrats on the birth of another granddaughter. You’re also lucky to still have your dad around!

Thank you for the opportunity to share about my blog. I write mainly about mental health issues, such as ocd, but I always write whatever happens to be on my mind 🙂. Here’s a post about panic attacks.https://webbblogscom.wordpress.com/2021/02/11/another-panic-attack/

I tried again and for some reason I am not able to leave a comment. What I wrote was that the tingling is due to breathing too fast. I once worked with a girl who had panic attacks. She used to carry a paper bag around to breathe in and out of a few times. Her panic attacks subsided when she became a mother for the first time.

Your the second person that has said that about the tingling. I am going to try using a paper bag next time and see if it will help. Thank you so much Stevie, I love learning what helps others because it just might help me as well. 😁

It’s true regarding the tingling – you just need to breathe slower. The paper bag allows you to breathe in some carbondioxide to offset too much oxygen in the system because you’re breathing too fast.

Wow thanks you so much. I have heard that some people use a paper bag when having a panic attack but I really didn’t know why. Thank you again for this info, definitely will give it a try. That tingling feeling always scares me.
