Hi all, this is a scheduled post this week, as I’m at the van and might not have any Internet. Therefore I’ll check them out after Tuesday next week (or before if it’s possible to). It certainly won’t be today though, as it’s my 39th wedding anniversary and we’ll be out celebrating somewhere!
You know what to do by now… just leave a link to whichever blog post you’d like to share this week. You only need to read and comment on other blog posts if you want to – there are no mandatory rules here. Live and let live, that’s my philosophy…
Please keep the blogs reasonably family friendly though. If I see any nasties I will have to delete them!
Thanks to the 7 bloggers who left links last week.
Thanks Stevie. Sharing this week’s edition of Writer’s Tips. Lots of goodies in here 🙂 https://dgkayewriter.com/writers-tips-fantastic-ideas-for-creating-videos-booktrailers-instagram-stories-and-more/

News, news, news. We’ve got a pope stuck in an elevator, a major gin spill, a way to protect the scotch supplies from global warming (c’mon, what really matters?), and a feel-good story about Muslim-Jewish friendship and cooperation. https://notesfromtheuk.com/2019/10/11/the-news-from-britain-gin-scotch-and-the-gender-pay-gap/

I guested over on Jill Dennisons blog with a lengthy justification for the UK reemaining in the EU. https://jilldennison.com/2019/10/10/%f0%9f%87%ac%f0%9f%87%a7-the-brexit-conundrum-franks-view/

Well done, I haven’ read it yet, but Jill’ s blog certainly elicited plenty of responses. I don’t think I had got into bloggin properly by the time the 2016 referendum was announced, but I wish I had written about it back then; though I don’t feel qualified enough to explain it properly myself.

Thanks Frank. Unfortunately I make a point of not commenting on anything political or religious. Sure we are all entitled to our own opinions, but religion and politics tend to end up causing bad feeling between people who all think their own opinion is the right one.

Hi Stevie. Happy Anniversary! Hope you’re having (or had) a good time at the van. I used to hate the annual shut down when we had one. I posted yesterday for World Mental Health Day: https://wp.me/p2FNZK-1iK

Thanks Clive. I hate closing it down too, because I think of 6 months of winter. I’ll check your site later as we’re just about to go out.
