Hooray! My self-isolation has ended! As you read this I have escaped the confines of the house to schlep around the supermarket, so just talk amongst yourselves until I get back…
Sometimes when we’re busy it’s nice to simply leave a link to our blog or blog post and run, and so Friday Click and Run is just for that purpose. However, of course you can check out others’ links and share away if you want to. So… every Friday do add some info of what your blog is about and also a link to your blog or blog post in the comments if you’ve got a minute. You don’t have to do anything else such as sharing or commenting unless you really want to. Isn’t that cool? People may decide to check your link out, or they may not. They might decide to leave their own link and run as well, so you may meet each other heading out the door. If I see a post that’s a bit risqué, then I shall be running too – straight to the ‘delete’ button!
Fire away then… let’s see what we end up with!
As an extra I’ll also share links to my most popular posts, and so this week I’m sharing a link to a post of mine from January 2018 when I ran my monthly short story contest. It also contains one of my poems, the subject of which is quite relevant at the moment.

Thanks, one to keep in the reference library. It would be so easy to click on a link just to check it and realise too late.

Stevie , a fresh walk around bodies wonders for refreshing the body. Thanks for allowing us to post on your space. In that spirit, here’s a story I wrote a few years ago and reposted because the winter weather required it. It’s already been enjoyed by throngs (small throngs…a few readers). Enjoy, the big throngs!

Your welcome. It’s the first time I’ve tried it and was glad to see my posting worked. That’s very generous of you to give others the chance to tag along on your post.

Yes, I think most adults should have the inner resources to cope and it is the children we must worry about.

Hope the supermarket trip went well!
Thanks as always for doing this. I’ve done my usual Tuesday Tunes piece this week but also posted my January review – all the posts you might have missed, or never want to see again 😉 – https://wp.me/p2FNZK-22f

I love “Winter in My Garden”. The passing of the seasons, especially this year, is a subject that resonates with me. I selected an older post I shared about a trip to the unclaimed freight store. I am intrigued by simple things and am often nostalgic in my writing.
Thank you for the opportunity to share.

Thanks again Stevie for the opportunity to share. My latest post is a music one. Maybe not to everyone’s taste. It was the result of an lazy afternoon in the office with my music as a reward for finishing my decorating. Also, it was too cold for walking!

Pete, is that amount of snow typical for you? It looks more like my area, the ‘snow belt’ of western New York State. Very nice videos.

Thanks, Steve. No, it is not usual this far south and east in England. (I am only 140 miles north-east of london) More usual in Scotland or Wales though. It has been accompanied by the lowest temperatures in 26 years, so came as something of a shock. Mind you, when I was young most winters were as harsh as this one, if not much worse. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
