Who says seniors are too old to enjoy music festivals?  If you have a look at these photos we took at last year’s Isle of Wight Festival, you’ll understand why we’re still excited to be hopping on the ferry again on Thursday evening.  See you all again the week after next.  We’re off to hear headliners The Who, and Queen with Adam Lambert.  There’s a really good Irish band there too called ‘The High Kings’. Rock on!

Sam has earned this by the time he has driven 4 hours to Portsmouth to get to the ferry, carried my suitcase up the stairs of the hotel at Shanklin, then driven 30 mins to the centre of Newport, and then walked for 45 mins to the main stage!
