Below I’ve added photos which show the same bit of road directly outside my house in all 4 seasons. I prefer the summer season when I can get out on my bike (yeah, I can stand up on the bike going up this hill), and so I’m rather glad there’s no snow and ice at the moment!

I just love seeing how different it looks in all the seasons Stevie!!
This wouldn’t be a good experiment for us now where we live….it would always look basically the same, LOL

Nice to see the seasonal changes. You are more rural than us. We have to go to the end of our small estate road to be in lanes like those. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
Lots of ‘rurals’ around here. To the left of the hedgerow is a field of wheat, and to the right of the hedgerow is another field where horse owners can rent space for grazing.

We have a hill that we have to drive up (I shared a photo for the color theme) and I love photographing it every season. I love the changes.

How cool to see the changing seasons around your neighborhood, Stevie! Even though we may not like it, Winter sure makes everything look so magical!

Lovely set of photos and like the concept of showing the Lane through the seasons! It’s interesting the different moods they each evoke!

We have all that, but can’t see it from the house. Lucklily, it’s only a short walk. 🙂
