Today’s topic on Terri Webster Schrandt’s ‘Sunday Stills‘ is ‘Light the Night’.
I thought I’d add a photo of this year’s Christmas lights in our garden. Each year Sam tries to do something different, and so here’s his creation for 2021. I reminded him that less is more, as last year he got a bit carried away…
And here’s the lights on the Christmas tree in our village’s churchyard. This is not to say I approve of chopping down such a magnificent specimen, but hey, I’ll have to go with the flow…

Beautiful, Stevie! I love how you’ve decorated the yard. And the Church is beautiful. Our home has an inside Christmas spirit, but the outside is not decorated this year. Our excuse is we’re still very new to the area. Have a wonderful Christmas! ❄🎄❄

Thanks Gwen. We prefer to decorate outside and not inside, especially when it comes to trees.

Thanks Robbie. I told Sam not to put too many lights up, as last year he went a bit over the top!

Looks like a lot of work went into creating a festive wonderland in your garden. As you might Imagine, I have done nothing remotely similar. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
